Does it matter that our web site is small?
It makes no difference what so ever. We tackle every job with the same attention to detail and pride in the finished product.
Can I get exactly what I want?
Absolutely! YOU are always in total control of the content and look of your web site. On every job we work with you to create the site that you want, and a site that works for you and your business. A web site has to earn its keep. If it doesn't, then it's a complete waste of your cash and time.
Can I keep my existing logos and style?
We can incorporate your existing logos, colour styles and layouts or start from scratch. It's entirely up to you how we approach the design. You can be as traditional or innovative as you wish. We are happy to work any way that suits you.
Can you build me a site from scratch? I'm no artist but I know my business.
Yes, that's our main job. You know your business and you can explain to us exactly how it operates and what you need your web site to do for you. From there we bring in our design skills to show you how best to present what you do. It helps if you can give us some hints though. even a basic colour scheme is a good start, especially if you already have printed matter with logos and vehicle livery. If you have absolutely nothing then we'll still get you there in the end with custom logos , stationery etc
We have a web site already, can you redesign and host it for us?
Certainly, all we need are the login details so that we can work on your existing sites files. We are very happy to take on your hosting too and will see to all the back end details.
We DO NOT work with illegal, objectionable, adult or racist content
Other than that. No, none at all. You can have exactly what you want in your site
We don't offer restricted "Gold", "Bronze", or "Silver" packages. No templates, no limits on text or images. You can have whatever you want....and perhaps more importantly, leave out everything you don't need.
How much will my site cost me?
Jobs are costed very simply, you tell us what you want and we work out the price which depends entirely upon the time needed to do the work for you. Once we know exactly what you want, we will quote you happy!. We have produced web sites from £250 to £3,500 it all depends on the size of the job.
The only fixed prices we can quote blind are domain names from £5 a year (if you do not already have one) and hosting at £50 a year.
Maximum design costs are agreed at the outset, but if the job is completed faster than anticipated, we will pass on the saving to you.
Once the price is agreed that's it. There are NO HIDDEN EXTRAS.
What do I have to pay up front?
If you don't have one already, you will need a domain name which we can register for you from £5 a year.
If you host with us we will require your first year's fee of £50 in advance in order to set up your space and all admin areas.
We will ask for a £50 deposit before starting design work
Why choose artworks-unlimited?
Because we are honest, fast, our pricing is absolutely fair and competitive and we are highly skilled at what we do, creating your site for the agreed price, on time and to the highest standard possible. Beware, there are still many designers charging extortionately for mediocre work and shoddy customer support!
Can I talk to you without being pressured?
We HATE being pressured ourselves so be assured we DO NOT pressure anyone.
If you like our work and the price YOU will choose us, we never try to force ourselves on you.
If you don't feel we're the right people for you, or you don't like the price (that's never happened yet!) you can just say so, we'll thank you for trying us and you walk away without any pressure or financial loss.
We don't expect to be everyone's "cup of tea" or to get every job, so don't feel apprehensive in any way about talking to us. If we don't think we can give you what you need we will tell you straight away and, if we can, we will point you to someone who can help you..
Why are you so cheap?
We work at a fair price and produce a great product and that's all there is to it.
We know that if you go away happy, you will come back to us and be more than happy to tell others about how we work .We' re here for the long term
and so far, since 1998 we've never been short of work. People love and deserve a fair deal and that's what we offer you.. Don't take our word for it though. Get several quotes for your web site before committing .... you'll then see for yourself the vast differences in standards, facilities and prices.
What support will I get when things go wrong?
With our hosting you get FREE UNLIMITED telephone help at any time. We can resolve most issues within the hour.
All designers will be helpful and available at the outset!, but it's vital that you get that same support after you have paid your final bill too. Check this out rigorously or else, when things go wrong, you could end up with a dead site and sitting on the end of an expensive telephone line for hours!
And worse, you could be losing customers and sales while your site is down
Can I speak to someone who has used your services before?
We rely entirely upon referrals for our work. Unhappy customers don't give referrals! So we are 100% confident in our own boasts and are proud of our flawless reputation.
