Payment Terms
For website design, a deposit of £50 is required to start final design work once approval of a draft has been given. Payment in full is then required within 30 days of the site being completed in accordance with the quoted specifications. In the case of physical goods, payment in full is required prior to dispatch.

Web site hosting with artworks-unlimited will require a £50 payment. This covers User Control Panel, FTP access, use of php library scripts, MySQL databses, web stats, web mail and all email facilities and the first 12 months fee.

Cheques
Personal cherques are accepted subject to 5 working days clearance See invoice for full details.

BACS
Direct Electronic BACS payment is available. Please ask for details when making payment.

PayPaI
Payment using PayPal is acceptable but will incur an additional 4% charge to cover PayPal fees

Late and Non Payment
Late payment (beyond 30 days) will incur daily interest of 8 per cent above the prevailing Bank of England base rate. Late payment beyond 60 days will incur daily interest of 8 per cent above the prevailing Bank of England base rate plus a fixed £50 compensation fee and any debt-recovery costs incurred. (The Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998)

We are a small operation and late payment causes great difficulties in our cash flow. So we would politely ask that you make all payments promptly and help us to maintain the ethos of mutual trust and responsibility.
